G.After looking at all the reserved tables we asked if we could sit at one seeing as it was reserved for 3 hours later & the waitress said yes. A lot of people left after seeing all the reserved tables so I guess Loungers don't mind money going out the door. Had a sausage & egg sandwich which was nice, would of been better with brown sauce but waitress never came back after she asked us if we wanted any sauces.
JIt's a lovely place to get brunch but I will say, book on the weekend otherwise you may end up sitting outside in the cold 😂 the food was good and the drinks too. Nothing crazily but good enough! It's your classic Lounge experience. The staff was very friendly and the food came quickly. The atmosphere again classic Lounge, very quirky and cosy. I would recommend it, good price for what you get too!
gary lewisWhilst it’s now a part of a large national chain and even though they have a corporate image, The Lounges always retain that ‘local’ feel. This time we had Flat breads. There is a good menu with both numerous Vegetarian and kids menu choices. Coffee and cakes are available as well as full meals. Has a good range of beers, spirits & wines. Orange juice is freshly pressed as you wait. ‘The Lounges’ are always worth a visit.
