Run away. Cornerstone disappeared with my tenants' security deposits. Will not answer calls or e-mails and even LIED to the Pennsylvania attorney general, saying they would address issues but didn't. I am in the process of exploring all avenues, including suing and reporting to BBB. These people should not have a license. They are scammers. (Not to mention, the worst management company I've ever had the misfortune to work with).

Cornerstone was hired to manage our HOA at the Havana Lofts in Old City. I'm here to report that they do absolutely nothing. They can't even respond to emails. I'd give them less than 1 star if I could. They just sit back, collect their fee, & do whatever our HOA President wants. They provide no guidance, best practices, etc. They've allowed our HOA President to do whatever he wants which includes in illegal practices (bringing on a board member with out an election, for example).

This company is one of the worst I've had the pleasure (or displeasure of working with). I can not figure out what they actually do. They sent me to their portal to list my incident and have done absolutely nothing. They won't event send someone to look at my issue & give a quote. I've worked with two different people from this company, Dan & Shawna, both are equally unresponsive. It's simple: they don't care. They help our HOA President do whatever he wants without any accountability to the rest of the HOA. This company allowed our HOA President to bring on another board member without an election and they allow our HOA President to spend our HOA money on whatever he wants without any comms. I've asked for a reoccurring meeting for over a year and nothing. I realize this is an HOA issue too but this company literally does nothing. Run for the hills and hire someone else.
