Doug KI made the trip over to Equipt to get my new tent installed and I am glad I did. They were prompt and professional. I would have centered the tent on the bed bars but they correctly identified that the tent center hinge had to clear the bar when folding open the tent. This required the tent to be offset an inch or so and I would have had to do it twice and would have been drilling additional holes in my bed bars. That was worth the 500 mile drive right there! New showroom is great and I got to look at some great gear while waiting, then they gave me a quick tent demo and even drilled the holes for the ladder lock. I love my new Eezi-Awn tent and Equipt provided excellent customer service!
