Overall, what you would expect from a Sheraton. Nice to have valet - which was always attentive. Checkin was done well and efficiently. Rooms are nicely appointed and overall pretty quiet. Bar area and dining are nice along with its service. Our only real issue was the morning of our departure - no hot water. This is our second stay at a Marriott property in a month with the same issue!

I rated only 4 stars because, in my opinion, it was a bit over priced. With that being said, we had an amazing stay. The staff was amazing. The room was very clean and well kept. I think $14 for a cocktail in the lounge is way overpriced but the bartenders were so amazing and friendly and the atmosphere was 5 star quality. I felt like a VIP the entire time I was there. My biggest and main complaint is that the garage parking was $20 per night and when I pay $150+ per night for a room, I think parking should be complimentary and included. Would I stay there again? Probably not, but only because I don't need to be pampered with VIP treatment.

Location was great. Hotel was pretty. Everything else is why I do not believe I would return to this hotel. Checking in was fine, friendly front desk gentleman. My room was a corner room and was very very small. It was disappointing for what I paid. When I checked out, the young lady at the front desk was not pleasant to deal with at all. When I would speak with her she would be very defensive with her responses almost as if she felt I was going to be irate, I was not in any way in fact I was very friendly with her. There was a mishap with my valet charges and she directed me to speak with valet which I did and had it taken care of. She was still not pleasant to deal with. No customer service was seen in her.

My family and I had a great stay at the Sheraton. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was very convenient. But what truly made our experience special was the outstanding customer service. One person who really stood out was Roberto at breakfast. He was absolutely amazing; he truly embodies the spirit of hospitality! ¡Gracias, Roberto! You made our stay even more memorable.
