We hired Craig to represent us as buyers and it was a great experience! As inexperienced home buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns around the entire process of house hunting and Craig did an awesome job in answering all our questions and addressing all our concerns. Many Realtors have a bad reputation in trying to “close the deal” asap, but we did not get that vibe at all working with Craig. In fact, that was one of the things we really appreciated about him which was his honesty & integrity. Craig was not afraid to tell us what he really thought about a property. He would be the first to advise whether he thought the asking price was justified or not. He was very fair and detailed with his pros and cons list for every property we looked at and this was where his expertise truly shined. Craig was quick to point out many details in a house that were not at all obvious to the untrained eye and raised many potential red flags to us with respective solutions. The community we wanted to live in was in high demand at the time and there were bidding wars going on. Houses were selling in less than 24 hours of listing and so we had to act fast. When a listing came up that met our criteria, we would message Craig that morning and he would very quickly get us set up for the viewing within hours. When we finally found a house we really liked, Craig acted promptly pulling together a team of all the key stakeholders and devised a bidding plan which had a lot of unique strategies involved that gave us a major leg up. Everything we wanted in a Realtor were met & delivered by Craig and his team. He went above and beyond the call of duty on many occasions and was a major asset to us. He has great character that fosters trust and possess a wealth of local knowledge that many clients can benefit from. We highly recommend using Craig’s services to anyone who is looking to buy a house in the Greater Edmonton Area. Thanks again Craig.
