Cressman does not care about the quality of life their renters have, they like to lock you in that lease, all details are vague. I was actually told after renting a new home in the basement at Harbour Landing, expecting there was A/C in the unit as it is in our utility room, "there's not a basement suite in Regina that has A/C - how could you expect that?" I was paying towards the bill but no cool air was coming to my suite. This should be investigated.

Their behaviour is so rude! They don't even communicate in a good manner. They have written an information on their website and suddenly they changed everything without any notice! 1) Like, mandatory parking ! I live in 2119 Osler street, and if I don't have a car why would I pay the mandatory parking!! The funniest part is, they don't even have enough parking for all the apartments like do they even check how many parking spots we have in that parking area ! 2) we used to have wifi included with our rent ! Which was 1040! Now they told us to get our separate wifi but the rent would remain the same !!!! How funny !! 3) don't even try to call them ! They will insult you with their heavy attitude!!

I am very impressed with the service the property manager served us with, he was very efficient with the questions we asked and answered them in a professional manor. The basement suite we viewed was very clean and well kept.
