they used to be excellent, their service, their payment terms, now they don't want to pay, their credit worthiness has gone from a 90 to a 59 and their pay terms are 50 days +. Joe who was the one that started there was excellent, he was on time making payments, he used to give you advances if you needed to pay for the lumpers but now, there is no communication or assistance if you have a question or need any other assistance they will pass you from one person to another and they won't resolve or find a solution to the issue. They give you a comdata check and it is not even authorized to use, I would not haul for them any more, they owe me over $2000 on a load that was over 1000 miles and we sent in everything even bol for quick pay and supposedly it would take 48 hours to process but the accounting guy is not a man of word, you can't trust him, it has been over a week and they have not paid it yet, not even half of the amt that was due.

THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS! THEY OWE US $1,450 SINCE MARCH. I HAVE BEEN PROMISED PAYMENT, BEEN GIVEN CHECK NUMBERS, AND EMPTY PROMISES. OWNER JAY IS A LIAR TOO! NOW THEIR PHONES SAY "THIS NUMBER IS NOT SET UP TO ACCEPT CALLS" I DON'T EVEN THINK THEY HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BROKER!!!!!!!
