There for 7 nights for a wedding. Overall a great experience. Great location, walkable to everything downtown, and great river views. Just 2 things - the water randomly stopped for about 20 seconds while I was taking my shower. It turned back on thankfully! I had to use a computer while there, and although they advertise a business centre, there was only one computer for guest use, and it wasn't working. I asked the staff and they said they'd ask someone to fix it in the morning. I went back in the morning, and they said they'd ask the manager to fix it. I got tired of waiting so I just went to the public library to use their computer.

I definitely had a great stay while in town for a conference - staff was responsive and took great care. Unfortunately I had a jacket go missing on the property and it was never found or returned before I checked out. I’ll chalk it up to Lord Beaverbrook playing games because it disappeared from my room and I flew home without it. Besides that the vibe was great and conference staff was top notch. The restaurants manager was my favourite though, he tells the best stories. Would stay again. 10/10. Still hoping my jacket turns up on the property and they call me that they found it.

Excellent Stay – Consistently Great Service I stay at the Crowne Plaza two nights a week, and every visit is consistently excellent. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth every time. Breakfast is a highlight of the stay – delicious, with a good variety, and the service is top-notch. Greg, in particular, always goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay!

Didn't stay in the hotel this review is for Maxwell's. My wife and I took my parents to Maxwell's for their 50th wedding anniversary. Our server Gio really went above and beyond to make their evening special. He was incredibly friendly and personable. He provided great recommendations and is very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Maxwell's, such a fantastic experience.
