Absolutely beautiful space and energy. The class schedule is consistent and therefore it’s easy to stick to a regular practice routine. The instructors offer modifications and understand ones limitations. On the first visit the yoga teacher showed me around the studio, explained the sign in process and answered all my questions. She even remembered my name the following week. Feels very welcoming 🌸 There are lots of blocks, bolsters and free mats, water cooler and cubby space in the room to put your personal belongings.
