I came across Dot&Lo on Instragram. I reached out to the owner Hafsa and left her a detailed message. One that explained my situation, what I was looking for, the issues that I’ve been facing to date with shopping and the lack of selection for tall people of different body shapes. Let me tell you, you will not meet a more kinder And efficient person who provides top-tier service and an amazing quality product for a very reasonable price. After dealing with her Hafsa, I reached out to the rest of my family and told them that they should go to her and a few of them did. Everyone came back to me and said that she was amazing, the service was amazing the quality of the suits was magnificent and the prices were so reasonable that they never thought they would see prices like that here in Canada. Let me highlight my experience with Hafsa in detail. My family we are all really tall people and we all have different body shapes, and we were really struggling to find outfits in stores. Most stores did not have anything that fit us. And on a personal note I had suffered a spinal injury, and was struggling to stand and shop around for extended periods of time. I had reached out to Hafsa and explained everything I had mentioned above, the next day she got back to me. Let me tell you in this day-and-age where customer service is lacking and people in general just don’t seem to have the patience or kindness she with the exact opposite. She was unbelievable patient, extremely kind and overall such a pleasant person to work with. The following day she sent me photos of suits in her catalog. I think I glanced through 100 pictures of different options. Her selection at the store is not extremely large. But it is carefully selected, so there is some thing for everyone to try on. Doesn’t matter your height or your body shape there will be something for you. And she has different styles as well to give each person an idea what would look good. Everyone has some thing to try on, which I can’t say most stores had that option for me. I picked my suit and her tailor took my measurements, and after putting a down payment on the suit. I recieved a receipt and a link to a document. This document contained the following: a detailed description of exactly any changes I wanted to make from the original design, a list of my measurements and a Progress bar. This progress bar was a real time indication of exactly what process your suit was in (If the fabric with being picked out, or if it was being made, or if it was out for delivery). It showed me on a regular basis exactly at what stage my suit was in. The shipment arrived sooner than we expected. Once Hafsa receives it she does a careful inspection of the product to ensure it meets your requirements. At this point she then send you a photo of the product. you are Haas if I took a photo and sent it to me. All that’s left for you to do is to try it on and if any adjustments need to be made, they will do them on the spot for you. Never did I think I would have such great customer service, an efficient process and an easy time picking out a suit. That’s because it’s never been my experience. Then you add on the fact that you are getting a high quality product for such reasonable prices, prices that can only be matched by what you would get in India.
