DO NOT SHOP HERE! I spent 3 hours waiting for an important image to be printed of my grandparents. When he finally prints an image, it is the wrong size and cuts off the sides of the picture. He accepts this as his error and goes to print the right size. As he does this, I inspect the first photo and see damage. When he comes over with the second image it has the same damage I pointed out to him and he tells me it’s my fault and it’s my issue when in reality it’s his printing machine causing wrinkles! During this time, this man literally cusses me out and tells me to leave several times and that if I’m not satisfied I can should take myself elsewhere!! After trying to speak reasonably and calmly to this man, I pick up the two faulty images and leave. He proceeds to follow me out the store telling me that I can’t leave with the images and that I must pay. No way am I leaving my familys photo for his nasty bad mind to dispose of it. I told him he has my email and license plate number, do what he must. This man is insane. Never aging will I support that business. Yuck!

If you want to take ID photo, this place is the best shop in Ajax and price is definitely cheapest anywhere else. Their service is very quick and professional. I highly recommended!!

Terrible customer service. Maybe it’s because I’m young — or maybe because I’m Tamil too — but it really do be your own people sometimes. Rude, dismissive, and full of judgment. Came off like a jealous old man instead of a business owner. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Good luck, buddy.
