Damara Day Spa at Delta Hotels - Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort

Frustrations. The place was rented for 4 guests for 1 month. When one of us arrived at the cottage, we were told that there's one parking spot and the other cars must park on the street in an area that's for residents only. They were told that 2 of us have mobility problems and need to park close to the house. The ad said "Parking Available". It means to me we could park at least 2 cars in the driveway and be told that other cars would need to park on the streets. They didn't admit their lack of information and told us to question our needs. Conversation was impossible and they seemed to be rude because of the conflict. Upon arrival, they were friendly, but when we noticed a problem with the house they were not so friendly. By the way, we were never told that our suite doesn't have a key....so, yeah it's unlocked. So, you choose....the house is hot, the furniture is damaged, the drier doesn't dry and the washer....the overall cleanliness is at a low standard with unpleasant odour. Well, the monthly rent is Cad$4.050 ....so it's hard to understand why not fixing what's needed for their guests comfort and piece of mind. I kinda regret having to tell our truth but it's so unfair the current conditions. Your experience may be wonderful.... Who knows?
