The app that they use in conjunction with their website for tenancy information, rent payment and service requests is quick and user-friendly. Our property manager in particular has been such a blessing -- she's been present and responsive from the very start. We moved to Savannah with very few connections here and her knowledge of the area and its wonderful people helped us feel at home. She always has our back, quickly answering any questions we have and following up on any issues or requests submitted online. At the end of our most recent lease she was instrumental in connecting us with another client of hers whose property she manages, more or less saving the day with her dedication and trust. Chris Conway's efficiency was remarkabe. He coordinated a viewing of a condo that my husband and I had coveted for years. Afterwards, he promptly communicated with us by email and phone. And he expedited the paperwork within days so that we were set to move in within a few weeks. That said, we would highly recommend his service to anyone in need.

I applied to a rental back in December. Quick to take my application fee. Ffwd to the end of January and still have zero clue what is going on. The office doesn’t return phone calls nor has the agent responded to my messages. I get told I am recommended for the property then silence. Only on my continued end of reaching out do i keep getting told for weeks they “cant get in touch woth the owner”. I still continue to reach out to get information but no one responds. Poor customer service and red flags.
