Roaches everywhere! Do not go here, when we complained about the mass amount of German cockroaches in the room I could tell front desk wasn’t surprised at all and had been used to this. Since this is a small business I tried to give them a chance before leaving a negative review, but they have yet to return my money after they said they would (it has been multiple weeks since my stay). I have attempted to contact the inn by email and it has been days with no reply, I doubt I’ll ever receive anything. I’ll be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Please whatever you do don’t stay here, it was 100% the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Waking up at 7am to mass amounts of cockroaches climbing all over you in the beds and all in your suitcases (even if you do put them on the table). Our room had looked like a robbery happened there, the door had obvious damage from being broken into, the bathroom door and walls had obviously been previously punched and terribly “repaired”. I called before my stay (same day) and was told my reception their pet fee is $10. It also states on their website pet fee is $10. They charged me $20 when I got there which seemed unfair, but I was in a rush so I paid it. I genuinely feel like this place robbed me while risking bringing an infestation home. We all had to sit outside at 7am and shake ourselves off, take all our clothes and belonging out and shake everything. It took an hour just to get all the roaches off of ourselves and our luggage. I deserve a refund, again this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I don’t leave reviews on places ever, but this place deserves it

Hotel was nasty. They had roaches everywhere. Sheets was dirty, room had dirty towels and when I told them my room had roaches they said it's nothing they can do. I literally had to toss all my bags because roaches was near them. I didn't take no chance with bringing them to my clean home. I will never ever stay here again.

This place sucks, rooms have roaches and leaking ac units. We checked in at 5p only to notice that the room had one working light fixture in the bathroom. Went to the front desk to let them know he said he would come check the room in 5 mins and never came back. While in the office others staying in the hotel stated that he had a blunt laying on his bed upon check. I do not recommend this place at all. Very small television that’s out of date. Horrible service and they hate to give a refund for their roach infested site.

I’ve stayed at Blisspoint Hotel a few times before and never had an issue — until now. This last visit was absolutely disgusting. The room I was given had what looked like either dried food or blood on the walls, used towels and rags left in the bathroom, trash still in the trash can, and I couldn’t even trust that the sheets had been changed. The bed was made, but nothing else seemed cleaned at all. When I brought it up to the front desk, the attendant was rude and dismissive — didn’t apologize, didn’t offer a solution, just brushed it off. I ended up checking out immediately and finding another place to stay. Blisspoint used to be reliable, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back. Totally unacceptable. Still waiting on a refund for a room I couldn't even use. Also it’s pointless to use the email on there website because it doesn’t work gets sent back as undelivered due to abuse on there end. For them to just be remodeling the rooms I’m unsure what rooms have been done at all.
