The room was very run down and overpriced. Had zero hot water pressure. Cleanliness was far below average. Heavy water damage around the shower head. The sink overflow drain is rusting away. The tub had a small hole in the side of it. Maintenance is clearly being ignored here. I will say one good thing, the toilet paper was the best I've ever seen in a hotel.

Don't be drawn in by the cute themes. We called the night before to see if the room we wanted would be available. When we got here, they said it was down for maintenance. We were about half hour early for check-in, but had some errands to run, so we did that. When we came back, they gave us the key card, and when we walked in, there was a guy standing in the hot tub hanging lights!! We really should have left then. But we didn't have time to really look at the place to see just how bad it was... Guys, look at the reviews. Under filters, there are 49 reviews that mention roaches!! We didn't see that, but there was no smoke detector, at least 3 lights that didn't work, the "fireplace" and fountain were both non-operational, and the towels were old and dingy. It didn't appear that the cleaning that lasted an hour past check-in included the tub, floors, sink, or hot tub. We couldn't stay. We left. We'll see if they refund us, but it was too gross to actually get a decent night's sleep.

I DON’T LEAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS UNLESS YOU’VE EARNED IT. My family stayed here the night before my mother’s early morning open heart procedure. We are not from the area, and temperatures were below zero. This place should be CONDEMNED! Absolute crack shack typhoid festival. I cannot believe it’s open for people to waste their money here. I kindly asked for a refund but was denied because the room was booked thru a third party site. So many health and safety concerns not to mention outright rudeness and defensiveness from the girl working the front desk. My mom was able to get some rest before her extensive heart surgery in the morning, and the gentleman at the check in desk was kind. That’s all I can say that’s positive. - black mold on ceiling in room - filthy and way understocked breakfast food area (no utensils, flies, no cups for coffee) - roach spray and open paint cans exposed in open cabinet right below waffle maker - blood all along the curtain rod in my bathroom - dried spit out gum stuck to bottom of my tub - holes in bathroom walls - interior top lock on my entry door was broken off - sink leak, was advised to put a trash can under it after maintenance looked at it - police in parking lot in the AM taking report from another patron Unless you’ve had all your vaccinations, packed a can of Lysol, and added bleach to your body lotion I’d plan to stay elsewhere. Have a nice day!
