Kenneth CarrollI've had a service dog for 10 years. Manager made up rules as he went regardless of ADA laws set forth by the federal and state to take money from me. Then argues that his business does not have to follow laws set forth by ADA governing commerce. This was a great relaxing trip until we checked out of the hotel. All of this aggravation because I loaded my service dog in the truck before I checked out.
MelaniemilyRoom 116 (an accessible type room) for one night. Room looked to be recently renovated. Seemed clean and well appointed. We did see some peeling paint in the bathroom above the shower heads. Firm bed (which we prefer) with plenty of pillows. Very nice shower (two shower heads) with good water pressure. Typical room amenities we've become accustomed to: closet with hanging space, ironing board, iron, luggage rack, mini fridge, microwave, large TV, single serve coffee, plenty of places to charge devices. Safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

My room at 1st glance looked ok but after being in the room, the ceiling was cracking and paint chips were falling, the bathroom was dirty and the mini fridge was not the best. It was a sleepless night with someone trying to enter my room at 2:30am. At checkout, I waited 18 minutes for someone to come to the desk and when he did, AJ was rude and unapologetic for the status of the room. He was dismissive and unhelpful. The best help he offered was that my incidental deposit would be refunded in 17-10 business days. Don’t waste your money on this place!
