In desperate need of a refurbishment. Staff were very friendly and efficient at check-in. Room was clean, a reasonable size and had a fridge, TV and m/wave, however all of the equipment was old, and the TV picture and sound quality was abysmal. The remote worked, just, but it seemed to have a three minute time lag!! Wi-fi was free but completely unobtainable even though I tried with three different devices. There is a musty smell in all of the corridors and the carpet has obviously seem better days. The bed was comfortable and all of the bed linen was fresh and clean - we slept pretty well, apart from the odd loud noise as other guests returned to their rooms early in the morning, it was a Saturday night so I guess that was to be expected. My wife enjoyed using the hot tub, and there is a pool area. Overall we got reasonable value for money but it doesn't merit a three star rating. As I stated at the start, the whole hotel seriously needs a refurb.

The hotel staff were friendly and nice. The rooms were clean, clean and quaint. The bed was super comfortable as well. I came down for my best friend's wedding and they certainly made my stay in Fredericton. Something to remember would recommend.

Outside facade is a bit bleak, but the lobby is a pleasant surprise. Dated hallways, but room was clean with laminate flooring which I appreciate. The bathroom was updated, love the lighted mirror, great for applying makeup. Breakfast had quite a few options, and had proper cutlery and plates, cups etc. That is something I always comment on.

Clean rooms, good facilities, and friendly staff. Great location with easy parking. However, the bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable, the air conditioner was noisy, and the breakfast was a bit bland. Overall, a decent stay but with room for improvement
