Great budget hotel, professionally family run, room has comfy bed, fridge, microwave, and they allow pets with $25 charge. There was a slight stale cig smell despite it being non-smoking. I slept well and appreciate the hospitality.

Only real positive here was that the staff were friendly and the price was very inexpensive. The wifi was atrocious, so weak my Nintendo Switch 2 refused to connect to it and my Amazon Fire tablet continuously had a loss of connection. There were several connection options but all sat on one signal bar or none at all. This was observed late night into early morning. Definitely not suitable if staying for business travels. I also saw cockroaches in the bathroom of our room, three at one point. Got to experience them scatter when I turned on the light. I managed to get photographic proof, which will be attached. Just felt icky from then on the rest of our single night stay.

Rooms are decent I've stayed here several times on a budget and you will be hard pressed to find a better room at a better rate. No bugs, Wi-Fi works they have an ice machine, vending and laundry on site and management is polite. There is also a Walmart and several restaurants close within a short walk actually.

We travel from West Carrollton often to dine at the restaurant. The service from the time we enter by the hostesses and waitresses is phenomenal. The best part.... the food is great. I'm particularly fond of the beef stroganoff.
