Kiki on the reception desk was so helpful and pleasant, going above and beyond. Room was basic but was what we expected for the price. The rooms was clean, but dated - again this was to be expected. Free coffee was available in the reception. Outdoor pool was available but did not try this due to the time we got to the property. Juicy Seafood nearby was suggested, and would highly recommend.||Room smelt of stale smoke - maybe to do with the AC unit being on the front of the room next to the balcony/walkway. It was quiet noisy at night with locals drag racing on the nearby highway but not the motels fault.

I give it 3 stars only because the customer service was amazing!! Keke in the office is on top of everything. Made sure we got what we needed and even when we had problems she fixed them as quick as she could!!! Ok so to the problems. Beds were comfortable however, there were burn holes in the bedding. The one room we had kept losing power (so we swapped) the new room the rubber baseboards were peeling off the wall. The lights were very dim. The toilet roll holder was falling out of the wall. And there are only 2 plugs in the room and 2 in the vanity area of bathroom. Just an FYI not every room comes with a fridge. Everyone smokes outside by the stairs and doors of rooms so thats all you smell. And I've seen reviews of "workers" of all sorts we did see one but she was gone just as fast. The pool was clean so thats a plus if you have kids but I would recommend bringing your own towels because the ones they provide are only big enough for a newborn and they are paper thin. All in all for what we needed it was fine. We were only here to shower and sleep. It's right off the interstate so your going to hear traffic. It's near a ton of shopping so its going to be busy. And the rooms are cheap so you get what you pay for.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative. When we walked in to check the room, the lights would not come on. Used my phone light and realized the lights by the bed were not plugged in and there were multiple ROACHES running. The bedspread had multiple cigarette burns and the sheets weren't clean. The sink faucet was literally movable. They did refund our money.

Room surprising clean. Smelled clean. Bed clean. Bathroom very clean. Floors clean. No bugs noticed…yet. Will update later if any issues.
