Bedsheets had cigarette burns through them. Also bathroom tub was a bit dirty and also had some rust. Room was clean and good for two people everything worked. Even though we had cigarette burns on our sheets the room didn’t have a bad smell. The location was nice and we liked having a gated area, it helps not stress about our rental car. I would go back if I was in the area and prices were the same. It just needs some small fixes.

I absolutely love this hotel! My husband and I stay here a lot. It our home away from home. It’s quiet, it’s a nice hotel especially for the price. I love that it’s gated because of the area. I feel safe here and I absolutely love stay here. However if you get a queen room it doesn’t come with a coffee pot. Also the pillows are horrible so bring your own. Sone of the beds really hurt my back but like I said for the price you can’t beat it.

We went for our first trip to Louisiana for Mardi Gras and stayed here at the Roadway inn. Even though i read some bad reviews, the place was under a mile from the people we were visiting so we drove over there to check it out. we were pleasantly surprised that the place was very nice. glad it had an electric gate for you to enter to go to your room and your car be secure. one of the reviews said they room didnt have hot water so that was the first thing i checked. we were also pleased to see the room was newly remodeled with fresh paint, sheets and curtains and everything was really clean. we didnt see anyone suspicious standing around or hanging out. in our four day stay everything was very quiet and quaint. we will definitely book here again next year when we return. The two gentleman were nice at the front check in desk.
