Fantastic class and experience! The instructor was sensational and led with wonderful clarity and warmth. I so appreciated the class opening with poetry and breath work and finishing with cool down and a grounding meditation. The atmosphere was very welcoming and I felt comfortable and invited in. A great way to work up a sweat while grounding the mind, body, and spirit!

De La Sol is a wonderful place to practice. The studio has so many teachers, no yoga class is ever the same. You can really sense the community feel from your first class! If you're a beginner or life long yogi, there is a class for everyone.

I think I have tried nearly every yoga studio in Hamilton and DLS is BY FAR the best The class options are amazing, and having a cold towel at the of a hot class is such an amazing touch that I really appreciate. Also, I LOVE that they are on ClassPass, I am a student so the regular membership is a bit out of my budget so being able to access classes through ClassPass is incredibly helpful!!!
