Deep River & District Health

Hi. Been dealing with a little bill I got in the mail. It's for 15.00. I have no idea what for. So I call the number on the bill. I've called 7 times in the last month and 1/2. The woman Sara still has not returned my calls and told me what bill is for. I can't pay a bill for something I don't know what is. And I've told her this.this could ruin my credit rating due to their ignorance Guess I need to go above her.

We came at 2 pm and waited till 10:17 pm and we left without seeing any doctor. What kind of service is this? Do they have any consideration about patient or just like to watch people waiting in suffering by making all kinds of excuses? I don’t think anyone could wait for this long without seeing a doctor and going back home. This is really frustrating. Must improve. Also I felt discriminated as an Asian. They were speaking French between themselves in small chat while communicating with us. Very disappointed. Also they are very impatient while talking with us. Also they asked me about my religion and I don’t know how is it related with my health condition and they were very impatient while I asked them to explain. Everyone else got to see a doctor other than us, some even came hours after us, how is it possible that everyone is having more emergency other than us?

Worst hospital I have ever been to. Here for over 10 hours for a simple prescription renewel. There was only 6 people ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculas.
