Dr. V and the staff I have interacted with at Dental Clinics North in Gaylord have been phenomenal! Both my 5 year old son and I are patients of Dr. V and she has been so incredible with my son. He had to have some fillings and her and her staff made him feel so comfortable and brave through the whole experience. Dr. V has also been wonderful with me and my repairs. Love this office!

These people don't seem to care about their patients. They just want their money. Their dentist seems fine but the hygienist was extremely rude. Kept complaining about being late for her pickup order at Walmart. This tells me that she is extremely self centered and narcissistic. She was asking questions and implying that the answers she was given were lies. Unfortunately her name was not important enough to remember. If it were my choice, she would be looking for a different line of work or forced to seek some behavior therapy.

DONT. I regret everyday not grabbing my child and walking out. DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE. Dentist came in and didn’t say a word. No hello, never even acknowledged us, didn’t explain what to expect. NOTHING. Walked in, leaned my 15 yr old back and gave a shot in the gum. Never spoke to us at all until very end that he was finished. My child never has had a dental problems (no cavities ever) or stress about going until now. Also told us we HAD to do an implant for a small chip on tooth (4 dentists and have never heard this). Seen a new dentist now and said it’s completely unnecessary for an implant.

My experience at Dental Clinics North was not amazing by any means. I had some root canals done and it took nearly 9 months to complete altogether. And a total of 6 appointments at just their office. This is incredibly excessive and a waste of my time and money. They don’t prioritize their patients or even consider their lives. I had a temporary crown in for a month because they “couldn’t get me in”. I left with cement on my lips and all inside my mouth one time that wasn’t cleaned off and they did my impression wrong so the whole prep had to be redone. I won’t be going back. The staff was friendly and gave communication when I asked for it.
