When I had an urgent problem with a hard-to-find prescription that was stuck for three weeks due to an error, Dania stepped in and went above and beyond. She texted me back even on a Sunday, answered every call, coordinated nonstop with the pharmacy and the doctor until the prescriptions were received, and found a pharmacy with stock at the lowest price I’ve ever paid. Her after-hours help was an exception because of the urgency, not a routine service, and I’m truly grateful. Dr. Hager Alkhafaji was also excellent during my tele-visit: clear, caring, and understanding. Everyone I met at HUDA was professional, empathetic, and great at communication. For a clinic with limited hours serving the community, their dedication is outstanding. Highly recommend.

Joanne the so called psychiatric nurse practitioner was 2 hours late. She was rude, loudly smacking her gum. And I had to request a coupon for a medication refill. She had zero empathy and compassion and walked out of the room without saying why. She was completely disrespectful. The front desk staff never know what they’re doing. Extremely unprofessional work place.
