They have twice giving me nitrous illegally without my permission. They have tried to Bill me for the nitrous when I never received it. Twice I've been charged for receiving a mind-altering drug, they have given me without my permission. Or they can actually wake up and see that I paid. First time I paid he forgot to give it to me, so he gave me a credit which turned into a bill for $23. After a year and a half they finally forgave the debt. But they still owe me $23. Now they're trying to hit me again and say I didn't pay. Now that's twice Dr zona has broke the law be careful they're scary. I haven't received a paycheck in 3 and 1/2 years. I never got a bill, I never got 24 hours notice, I walked in and they told me I had to have some way to pay them $23 or I didn't have an appointment. I know it hurts to be poor but that really rubs it in. I really needed a dental appointment too, now if anybody knows what I can do, please contact me I need help I need a dentist or at least my appointment back took me 9 months to get this one unbelievable

Well once I got done with the miscommunication and figured out It wasn't horrible, they are super nice, friendly and fast at their job but very thorough.

Rude as could be once they seen I cancelled my appointment because I was sick back in August they won't schedule me for a really bad tooth pain they said hurry in before 8am because they won't schedule me now but I take Medicare ride transportation to appointments and how do I schedule that if every morning I have to be there before 8am and be one of the first 3 people in line MCDC is a joke and the staff was sooooo super nice until she seen I cancelled once for being sick then she got crappy n change of voice. I should have went in sick for crying out loud I hope y'all loose business from this bc y'all are all I had as a dentist for many years now and y'all do me like this? Whatever I'm by far disappointed in MCDC staff y'all act like it's gonna kill you to work and pull up the screen and schedule someone and not discriminate. Is it because I should have came in sick in August? That's how y'all do IF YOUR SICK come in!!! Lol gross 🤢
