spoke to melody.... because I have Medicaid she told me they could not see me which was understandable but with the amount of pain I am in i then I asked her how much it would be to just come in and just pay out of pocket ... she then informed me that because I was a Medicaid patient she would not be seeing me and that it was a rule set by the office... when i tryed to reiterate it would be out of pocket she legitimately raised her voice at me and hung the phone. the amount of absolute disrespect that came out of her mouth is ridiculous. if you are already feeling badly about your dental issues i can absolutely assure you you don't need melodies help.

My first visit was last week. And I had bad experiences with dentist in the past. So, I went in nervous. But the staff and dentist are so friendly and explains your care plan. Had a good visit and have future appointment. Great job Dental Partners!!!

I had a dental emergency and was seen the next day. Dr Brown and his staff were very pleasant and did everything possible to make me feel better. I highly recommend Dr Brown! When a man chooses to be honest about what you should do versus money…I respect that more than anything.

I've been going here almost a year now after taking a long sabbatical from going to the dentist. I really like the staff. The dental hygienist is wonderful and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Dr. Browne is great, too. I'm glad I found them.
