This was my very first visit. I was very nervous going into it. But from there receptionist to the doctor to the assistants...they all made me feel at ease. Im starting my process of getting dentures. I thought it would have been a lot of judging... but it was the complete opposite! The lady who work with me.. I will probably spell her name wrong... (Shawneice) was the most kind and supportive person 💗. She kept me informed with every move a he made. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!! I am looking forward to my next appointment!

I don’t recommend this place to anybody. Yes. I didn’t get the chance to see the doctor because I have bad experience with the customer service and the girls works in the front desk. So if you get this service before you go inside. What would you be thinking about services inside. I booked the appointment last week for Tuesday November 18, 2025 at 4 PM. When I went to the front desk, she was telling me that I have canceled because I didn’t reply back to the phone call or text messages which is I showed her my phone that was no calls or text came through. But she didn’t believe me. then through piece of paper on me here fill this up. Let me have your ID and your insurance card and stop your attitude. I said no I’m OK. I don’t need no service.

Extremely disappointing service at this dental office. I have had nothing but problems with this office. Three appointments in the last month were mishandled—either by the office staff or the call center—yet they claim it was done online, which it was not. She even acknowledged that they all are aware of the issue and confirmed that the owners are aware, but they are out of town, so theirs is nothing that can be done . She mentioned the owners' absence several times, and as the conversation went on, she became increasingly defensive and confrontational. The other staff member was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. They basically told me if I don’t like it to find another dentist—and I will. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for dental care. As at this pace this office will not be open much longer.

Do NOT go here. I waited at front desk for over 10 mins before someone greeted me, ok not that big of a deal. But nurses were complaining about patients coming in. Chomping on gum and busy on their cell phones. The rooms were ghetto and nasty. There was literally mold growing on the ceiling, and gunk caked up where the dental utensils go, and there was hair stuck in the side of the light. Big wholes in the walls. Just flat out dirty looking. They were rough and scratched my gums. Acted annoyed that I was even there. All super young and not professional AT ALL.
