Classes are welcoming, energizing, accessible, affordable (donate what you can), and the locations are inspiring & interesting! The yoga is as challenging as you want to make it. They also have mat pilates, sound baths, and live music! And the revolving locations are comfortable & much more interesting than classes in the same 'studio' every time. I've never enjoyed a yoga class more & have discovered breweries, hotels, art galleries, and many more businesses/spaces I'd never have known about!

I absolutely love love love this CommUNITY! I’ve been a member with them for a couple years. I really enjoy how I can tap into my wellness while also exploring and supporting small businesses in Denver. It’s a huge bonus that there are ALWAYS specials or some kind of offering I receive for attending. Annndddd on top of all of that I also get to meet like minded people. I can’t tell you how many people I have met simply attending DYS events. I highly highly recommend trying them at any location they offer ✨🙌🏽💕

Wonderful class. Really enjoyed Meg as the instructor. Great opportunity to get out and meet some wonderful people in the community while also enjoying an approachable yoga class. It was an awesome environment that was welcoming of athletes at any level and both introverts and extroverts alike!
