They do an okay job of taking care of the HOA financials, but they have messed up billing for assessments and then tell us they can't fix it, so then they start charging late fees on their mistakes, but they could never figure out how to fix those either. Forget about repairs. They are useless for any type of maintenance requests. I put in a request for a structural damage repair and over a year later it still hadn't been addressed - nothing. I put in a maintenance request to change a lightbulb in a common area. (A lightbulb!) They started giving me a bunch of run-around so I ended up changing it myself. (Don't tell the insurance company.) So if you want a company to just track the books, then these guys are okay. For any type of billing or maintenance save yourself the time and look elsewhere; Desert Edge is terrible.

When I submit maintenance request I receive a response same day or following day, 7 days a week. What ever needs attention is done in a timely manner. I’ve never been ignored and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend Desert Edge Property Management.

My car was wrongfully and unlawfully towed, while parked in my spot I pay for, with my parking pass displayed, within the first week of living in my new home. I called the HOA last Friday, but they went home early. I’ve called them nearly every business day since and have left multiple voicemails, and have had no return correspondence.
