Received the best Brazilian wax of my life with Jen but unfortunately was followed by a dye job that left me with an absurd amount of dye all over my ears and neck. I hadn’t seen it until I pulled my hair back the following morning. Called in hoping I could go back in to get it removed and was told the manager suggested I get some baby wipes and baby oil and try to remove it myself. Most definitely not what I expected from this seemingly “upscale” salon. Pictures are after I tried this baby oil “solution”.

The staff here is all so nice. Receptionists, my stylist and even other stylists were very patient, kind and accommodating with me. Sydney cut my hair and she did an excellent job. I was nervous because I have curly hair but she knew how to work with it, was able to hear what I wanted and work with me until I was happy with my cut. I got a completely different style than I had prior and I LOVE it. I would absolutely recommend Sydney to anyone.

I came in for a walk in as a busy mom of 3 it’s so hard to find time for some self care. I was greeted by Rosie and Jo at the desk and Jo is who washed my hair. She was patient and kind being I was last one in the salon! Jacob cut my hair and he was phenomenal. Really took the time to make my hair look uniform being my hair so thick, long and coarse! Everyone was super sweet and definitely would recommend them to friends & family. Thank you again Rosie, Jo & Jacob!
