We purchased a new Golf R from this dealership at the beginning of July. Just over 3 months later and we are still very happy with the purchase. Our sales rep Boston, was super helpful, sharp, and clearly a car guy. He understood exactly what we were after and managed to get a used example of the car available for test drive for us since the mk8.5 R was fairly rare at the time. My wife and I make these kinds of purchases together. Often I'm the vocal one in negotiations while she's the quiet one who takes in all the details. This was not lost on Boston. He immediately understood the dynamic. He was very attentive to my wife's questions and asked good follow ups to ensure we were all on the same page. He was very direct, clear, and honest throughout the negotiations. I had a couple of very minor issues post delivery (missing owners manual and a couple accessories) Boston got the issues sorted immediately and to our satisfaction. This pleased is because it's not always the case that good service persists after the deal has been closed. The next time we're shopping for a VW Boston will be the 1st person we reach out to.

Dick Hannah had a larger selection of inventory than our closest dealer, as well as better deals, so we went a bit farther to visit them. There was a small mix up with the car we wanted to see, but our sales person, Tuan, and his team were able to resolve the issue and we moved forward with purchasing the car. Tuan was very nice and approachable. He kept us company while we were waiting for the car and paperwork to be ready. He was able to find answers to all of our questions. We feel we received a reasonable price on the vehicle and we’re very happy with the purchase. This is our 5th VW in the family, and we absolutely love the immense value we get for the price. VW’s are very well engineered. They run for forever and hold strong resale value. They are smooth to drive and are known for their torque. This is the first car that we’ve had with a VW app for the phone, and from our initial couple days using it, it looks to have some cool features. We highly recommend VW, and highly recommend Dick Hannah VW.

We came here twice to look at a 2012 tdi touareg. First was on 1/8/26 and worked with Raymond. He was amazing, no sales pressure and super helpful. We liked the car but still had others we wanted to look at before making a decision. On 1/11/26 we came back so we could get parental approval, and so we could scan the car with our ODBeleven. Unfortunately the car had suffered some damage to the rear bumper (somone proabably backed it into something in the lot), the moonroof no longer opened or closed properly, and had been left open... The seatbelts were wet and starting to grow mold. I forgot the name of the salesman we were with that day, but him and the manager were both trying to convince us that damage and mold were there on our initial visit and that the "price was already discounted because of it". (It was still the same asking price $14977, well over the KBB value.) the salesman was quick to try and talk financing with us... we left quite quickly after that and are back to the beginning looking for a touareg.
