They've recently made some changes to the ER it's looks great and the entire process system to get in be seen get treated and discharged ( as of yet my experience has been) is pretty quick! Of course understand you'll be there 2-4 hrs depending on the need still I was in and out of there in about 2 hrs. The staff attending me all seem to be nicer relaxed and professional. This time my experience there was good! Keep up the awesome job!

Been going to this hospital for a long time, first time ever having such great experience. Everyone from the security check in to the discharge nurse was nice didn’t give me attitude. Im thinking they upgraded to change the atmosphere totally. The inky thing i can say that needs to happen is hire more staff to help, after talking with a few nurses they were overwhelmed from being so tired and short of staff. The doctor that treated me was amazing and understanding i wish i remembered his name cause he was the best i ever had. I remember his work days monday- Wednesday start time is 7. Im glade to see a change

One of the WORST hospitals I’ve ever been to! Came in because I had a fever, my hands and arms go numb, a cough, chills, nausea and vomiting, body aches, and super weak. At first they said my wait time was an hour to see the doctor which was fine but then 3 hours hit and I still didn’t see a doctor, all they did was take my blood and pee. So I told them I wanted to leave because the longer I was here the worse I got, that’s when they decided to give me a room. The doctor came 20 minutes later and said I needed an iv because the flu had me dehydrated. So he says he’s going to get an iv for me. I sit ANOTHER 30 minutes, body going into chills, feeling like I had to throw up, everytime I got up I almost fainted so I had to call me husband in to find someone because at that point I just needed to go! So he finds a nurse at the desk, she can’t help because she just a student, come to find out EVERYONE at the desk was a student. So when he did find a nurse and I tell her I would like my doctors note and the take the needle out of my arm, she said she can’t give me a note if I decide to leave because she’s not the nurse for that side of the hospital.. like HUH?!?! So I wait another 15 minutes for the doctor to come back only for him to tell me to go in the waiting room with the needle still in my arm and someone would come and take it out and give me my paperwork. We sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and asked a front desk worker when they would come out she said soon, we waiting another 20 minutes and asked another nurse when it would be possible to get the iv out my arm because I just wanted to go home and she said well everyone wants to go home, your not special. All this to say I’m still waiting for them to take this needle out my arm and don’t come here!! Kaiser would never do this to there patients. I thought to come here because it was closer to home but that is a mistake I will NEVER make again!!
