Karen WarrenVery comfortable and spacious room with a modern, very clean bathroom containing a huge bath and a fixed shower over. Large, comfortable king-size bed... I had a great night's sleep! Breakfast was hot and tasty... I have vegetarian so the sausages and 'bacon' were made to order and was served within a few minutes. The rest was well stocked, hot and perfectly cooked, not congealed and cold. There was a good choice of continental breakfast items as well. The only downside was not automatically being given information at check in as we usually are (we use various Premier Inns regularly) and had to ask directions to our room and about breakfast. Admittedly, we could have looked at the signage on the doors, but that's not the point
Thingy HWe stayed as using the entertainment park next door. ||Free parking is plentiful which is great.||I'd booked and paid online but still check-in took aaaaggggeeeessss. People in front of us has lots and lots of questions. We must have waited at least 15min and the queue was growing. Self check-in must be possible, surely???||Rooms fine but one of rooms had a problem with toilet taking a very long time to refill.||Very good night's sleep and attached Beefeater was good too.||Would have been 5 stars if checking in had not been so slow.
Natasha BlytonHad a good stay can see the rooms are thoroughly cleaned by the staff as soon as someone checks out so very impressed and room maintained to a good standard. It's a very quiet place with little disturbance and parking is free unlike the town centre one. I found this hotel to be clean compared to the one in the town centre when on two occasions bed sheets were not cleaned properly. Very nice place to stay with lots of things to do nearby would recommend to anyone wanting a nice get away.
Derry OFriendly, efficient and responsive staff. Large warm room (compared to some other establishments). Comfortable bed in a quiet room. Very good facilities nearby including a Lidl shop, museum, eating outlets and a range of entertainments.
