John PiperTo the Hilton standard, good size room well appointed. Screen rather than curtain for the shower, a bonus. Easy to use night security facility. Reception were particularly helpful sorting out a problem I had. Useful items available in the 24H shop.
Jane PearceWhat a fantastic hotel. Very stylish, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, lovely relaxing and dining area. Superb breakfast. However, what really made it exceptional was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Special mention to Afgani and Kapil both on Reception, who are superstars. Highly recommend.
Rodrigo SánchezIs ok. Rooms were very clean but they were a bit small and lacked some basic features like a small fridge for example or water. This would, however, not be enough for me to deter anyone from staying here. I still think is a good place to stay. But I do think there is room for improvement. For example the breakfast and restaurant feel a little expensive for what it is. It also closes at 9:00-10:00 pm. There is a "shop" but it could do with more variety including some fruit and food. I guess my main problem is that the prices feel a little out of tune with what it is. The place is good, the food is decent but again maybe a bit pricey. Maybe have two prices for hotel guests and those using the restaurant. The staff, I have to say, are extremely nice, so kudos to them! Parking was extremely busy when we arrived but I think that is because of two large events were taking place at the time.
Jonathan BartlettRooms are great and modern. Gym is small and hardly worth bothering with. Restaurant does serve food to a reasonable standard but is slow and some of the dinner was missing. Reception are not well trained and do not seem to be able to getting the basics of billing right.
