Great experience overall and definitely would stay her agian in a heartbeat. This Delta Hotel is definitely few steps above other Delta Hotels I have stayed at. The rooms are modern but super cozy and very comfortable. The service is responsive. The lounge for Elite members is well stocked, the food is actually good, and you can easily have something quick to satisfy your hunger. Also, hotel actually recognizes Bonvoy Elite status and makes you feel welcome, not just in empty words, but actual benefits. You can't beat location as well, steps from Union Station, CN Tower and Roger's Center as well Scotiabank Arena. So definitely a great spot if you are visiting town for a game or a concert. The hotel has also direct access to the PATH, which during cold Toronto winters is super helpful, as you can go to many places without stepping outside. A strong recommendation!!

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel! My family and I went on a trip to Toronto from the US to celebrate New Year’s Eve and requested a room with a view of the lake to the watch the NYE fireworks display with our 3 year old. We were upgraded to a corner suite with amazing views of the lake. The hotel is in a perfect location, one block away from the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium and the sports stadiums. It is also connected to the PATH which is extremely convenient in the winter. Union Station is also about a 10 minute walk through the PATH. The lounge for Marriott Platinum members and higher is located on the 46th floor with views of the CN tower and the waterfront. Breakfast in the lounge is also among the best complimentary options I’ve had at a hotel; with fresh baked pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt and hot breakfast items that are cooked from scratch, not pre-packaged. The all day coffee and espresso machine was also clutch. The hotel gym is also massive, EXTREMELY clean and even has headphones provided if you accidentally forget yours. If I could give this hotel 1000 stars I would. Highly recommend Delta Hotels Toronto!

Great stay from start to finish. Check-in was quick and friendly, and everything felt smooth the moment I walked in. The room and view were exactly as advertised online, clean, comfortable, and honestly better than expected. You can tell the staff really care, and even check out was fast and easy. Zero stress, great vibes, and a place I’d happily stay at again.

Delta has an excellent location, close to the main attractions and easily accessible via the PATH. It offers a great pool with a view of the CN Tower, a good sauna, and a well-equipped gym. The room was comfortable, although the shower had a surprisingly weak water pressure. One drawback is that breakfast is not included in the accommodation. The front desk staff is generally friendly, but I experienced two unfortunate incidents. My check-in was particularly uncomfortable. I was in town for an event at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, which had an agreement with the hotel. A friend had added my name to his reservation, unaware that I had already made my own booking. The staff member who assisted me was rather rude and took an excessive amount of time to accept that I was indeed the person who had made the reservation, even after I presented both my passport and the reservation number. She never apologized for her behavior or for the unnecessary inconvenience she caused. Instead of acknowledging how uncomfortable the situation was for me, she tried to justify her actions in a patronizing manner. Another disappointing episode occurred when I asked the concierge how to get to Urban Eatery. Although this food court is very close to the hotel, he claimed there was no such place in the area. When I showed him its location on my phone, he curtly told me to leave the hotel and take the next street. I mentioned that I thought there might be another entrance, but instead of offering a clear explanation, he simply replied “no,” in a dismissive tone, as if my question were an inconvenience. Assisting guests with precisely this kind of information is, after all, the concierge’s role. That said, I would like to acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of the staff member who handled my check-out, as well as the rest of the team, who were consistently polite and respectful. This contrast only makes the two negative interactions stand out as particularly troubling.
