We enjoyed the location at the waterfront. Our room was excellent considering size, cleanliness and had a great bed. We liked the safe and the fridge. The bathroom was large with a lot of space for toilet bags. The shower worked well. The only thing we missed in the bathroom where more hooks to hang up towels. Air condition worked well and we were happy with the Wifi. The elevators were good and we enjoyed breakfast in the 5th floor. The restaurant offered a great view and the service was excellent. The welcome at the reception could not have been more helpful and friendly. We liked a lot the possibility to get drinking water from a special tap in the corridor in a glass bottle and the water glasses. It is a thoughtful contribution to avoid plastic. With one sentence: We enjoyed our time in the hotel very much.

I stayed in this hotel for a work trip a few years ago when it was simply a Radisson. This time, I was staying with my husband for a weekend getaway. We booked this hotel fairly last minute and found a great rate, compared to similar hotels in the area. Parking was a breeze and reasonably priced for secure, indoor parking with in and out privileges. The hotel had some noticeable updates from my previous stay. Our room was fairly spacious. We had a nice view of the harbour. The hotel was quiet, despite being so close to the island airport. We found the bed comfortable and shower pressure was great. I like the hotel’s location because it’s nice to walk along the waterfront. It’s also close to the arena and a nice, longer walk to the Distillery District, etc. The staff were friendly and all in all, we had a good stay.

Smooth check in, room was clean - love that the rooms are carpet free. The room was a bit chilly so we turned up the heat but nothing happened. We waited to see if it warmed up, it didn't so we alerted the front desk. Within 30 minutes maintenance had the problem solved, very impressed! We had breakfast in the restaurant, food and service were top notch. Kudos to Paul and Harry. Paul is a gem- don't lose him! My husband and I enjoyed his energy, and I loved proving I exist ( inside joke).

I was welcomed by the front office manager and Muskaan in the morning. I did not expect myself to be checked-in in the morning and was just thinking of leaving my luggage and see around the harbour. However, they were very nice and let me check into my room early. Also, based on my Choice Platinum membership, they were very nice to gave me an upgrade for the next day so that I could stay in the same room next day. When I got into the room, the room was beyond my expectations. It was very quiet, with the nice harbour view, and the bed was very comfortable. But before getting into sleep early in the morning, I decided to have breakfast on the fifth floor, called "The View." At the restaurant, I was greeted by the waiter, Paul, who was also very welcoming. I order the pancakes and orange juice and they were excellent, especially while eating with the view of the harbour. I could not forget the breakfast I had at the restaurant so I decided to have another one next morning. I was greeted by Paul again and this time, he went above and beyond by giving me another glass of orange juice, which I was not able to finish (but at least tried my best to finish it). Overall, the purpose of my visit to Toronto was to attend Game 7 of the World Series at the Rogers Centre. Game 7 was an unforgettable moment and the chance of a lifetime but what made my trip to Toronto much more memorable was the hotel room, restaurant, and the service I received from all members of the hotel. Will definitely come back in the future!
