kimberly greenwoodI don’t work here and never will. I was just in the shop at a Loves waiting on a repair and one of their drivers was in there, as well. They needed authorization for payment and had apparently sent a couple of emails and left messages and no one was replying. This driver had been there a while, tire already repaired, just waiting on authorization. He called and had it on speaker phone when a man answered. The driver explained that they wouldn’t let him leave until it was authorized and the man on the phone made excuses about he had been busy, had three phone calls at once, etc. He told him to have Loves call him and he would authorize it over the phone. So the driver said I have her right here I’ll just hand her the phone, and he did so with the man saying no don’t do that. As soon as she spoke into the phone he hung up on her! This s so unprofessional and just plain rude! I really hope not everyone working there is not such a douche bag, the driver was very nice and apologetic about the situation. Kudos to the driver for being a nice person!
wild clover HomesteadNot for every person fits here. Driver are complaining about getting paid late. They don't tell you what you need to know for turning you loads in to get paid on time or they let you sit and don't know how to preplan loads. I got In to this industry as a dispatcher befor I ever got into a truck and I have never seen a company this out of sorts. Wouldn't EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
First LastTime waisted with them filled out application and drug tested never started they waisted my time.
