The room was clean, the location was great, and everything met my expectations. But what truly made my stay even better was the warm welcome from Mya at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Excellent service goes a long way, and Mya’s kindness really stood out. Would definitely stay again!
Trip.com MemberThe room is in a good location,my main issue was entering a bare room,there is basically just a bed and a TV near the ceiling. If they state this on the website then it wouldn't be such a shock when you arrive.I do not understand why there is not at least a table to put personal belongings on .Everything was just dumped on the floor for 2 days it was pretty weird .The bathroom had nothing but a toilet, shower and tiny fingertip sink,toiletries had to be left in the bedroom as no shelf or anything to put them on .

Jade TonkinsonMy partner didn’t even put his bag down. He said these more room on an easy jet flight seat then in his room. Photos online are misleading as didn’t even get a window but good job as the shower was at the end of the bloody bed 🤣 Health and safety hazard as he would have stubbed his toe no matter what side of the bed he got out Wasn’t impressed but maybe everyone writing reviews was out on the p*ss and never made it back there
