Nigel M18The hotel offers all you need for a great stay. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The breakfast is everything you want. A full English or continental is readily available. You have a choice of pillows in the room and the complimentary toiletries are excellent. The bed is very comfortable and you also have a sofa bed in the room too. The staff here are great fun and make stay very relaxing. We look forward to staying here in the future.
QuinnjbArrived early evening with great welcoming smiles from Charley and Lucie on reception which was so refreshing after a busy day. Their cheery, first rate service from reception continued with their exemplary helpfulness in the bar where we relaxed with our family for a few drinks in the pleasant bar area.|The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, is easy to find, great parking and our family room was very clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities included. |Was recommended this hotel and definitely would not hesitate to do the same!!
Old Mac59We arrived to find we had to pay £8 for parking! I might expect this in a city-centre hotel with limited parking but not at a countryside hotel. The receptionist was friendly and apologetic about the parking. The lift was out-of-order. The air-conditioning in our room was super-noisy (like being in a cabin on a cross-Channel ferry!) and we couldn't switch it off. The bed was rather springy. The bedding and bathroom were super clean but the sofa was a bit grubby. Internet was great. Breakfast was OK but, as vegetarians, we would have liked some more options than 'vegetarian sausages' such as mushrooms and tomatoes.
Mary49We were given a very warm welcome on arrival with everything necessary explained to us. The room was clean with a lovely comfortable bed. Enjoyed an evening meal and excellent breakfast in the morning with no rush to vacate our room. Woke up Christmas morning to find a small stocking outside our room filled with treats. So thoughtful. Will definitely return sometime in the future.
