Yes, Kody. When I go to a facility for the first time, I read the reviews left by other drivers so I know what type of situation I can expect. Saying it's a warehouse and you deliver there tells me nothing helpful. Justin's review was far more helpful, but that's just one drivers. What would truly be helpful would be seeing multiple drivers leaving reviews regarding the attitudes of the customer and length of time loading or unloading.
