I had a haircut and blow dry with Nicole D. From start to finish, it was a super smooth process. She’s very attentive and her mindfulness of details and my demands became quite evident in the results. She was able to bring to life my abstract vision perfectly, and now I feel so much more confident about my hair!

I have had mostly a good experience here besides the times I asked for a certain style and came out with the complete opposite and still had to pay full price and I gave a tip despite the fact. It's really too bad that others have to ruin it for the loyal customers that show up for appointments, I will not support a hair salon that has a some stupid policy in place that says if you do not cancel with 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged a service fee. What happens if a person wakes up in the morning of their appointment and is too sick to attend their appointment, they are expected to come to the salon sick? Or something happens in someone's life that is unexpected, like a death or a sick family members. Things happen in life and the fact that this salon is doing this is ridiculous, not that I have ever cancelled on my hair dresser, I will never support a hair salon that thinks stealing money from a customer because a unforeseen situation has happened is ludicrous , you just lost a customer. and you likely will be losing a lot more of them.

I’ve had nothing but a good experience here. 100% always happy with how my haircut turns out. Both the stylists and receptionists are very professional and accommodating. Would recommend!
