Do yourself a huge favor & stay far away from this corporate "dentist & wife", where the female dentist practices in her 9th month of pregnancy, not able to bend down enough to do a proper examination. Then the husband takes over at the next appointment & pulls a tooth that anchored so well that it takes 50 minutes of pain, anguish & tears to come out with no apologies, no aftercare talk & I have to ask for an aftercare paper. The tooth could have easily been capped. I had out of pocket money to spend on things not covered by medicaid, which they knew up front. (Thanks to my generous father). But they still treated me like I only had medicaid. They are so busy there, that they schedule appointments months apart & the same crusty old hygienist is still there that used to hurt me years ago when I stopped going there the first time. This place is nightmare. Their equipment is so old that they still use spit sinks! They don't even have a 360° Xray machine & only take one set of Xrays in total for top & bottom! My new dentist took a 360° plus 10 individual Xrays on the top & 8 individual ones on the bottom, not to mention his staff is incredibly nice, competent & professional 👍🏻 When I explained my lack of dental care because of depression & ptsd at Highland Dental, the pregnant dentist said, "so you want dentures then?" That made me feel so horrible, I am finally starting to feel better and trying to help myself and my teeth! I'm sure they're even busier now with the wife on maternity leave. If I could have rated a them a ZERO, you know the rest....
First off the receptionist was super nice & helpful from making my appointment clear to my check out experience. The dental assistant was also amazing and dr Rollin was the best. Everyone was super friendly and I was nervous because of my dental anxiety but they all made me feel at ease. Took awhile to get in but now I see why because they are amazing! Will recommend to anyone.
Beyond rude, sub par dental work, extremely long wait periods. Called in pain due to a cavity. Receptionist was extremely immature and rude and hung up on me. When I asked her name. I was told that it would be a few weeks for an appointment which is fine. I understand that, but when I asked if I would be able to receive some kind of treatment for my pain I was told no I would only be getting photos and an x-ray done. What's the point?
