I come to the Ashram for their curated Women's Rest & Rest Retreats. It's a day I look forward to whenever it is offered. It's a full day of reflection, yoga, meditation, mantra work, hiking, art making, eating the most amazing meals and, most importantly, being led by a group of highly skilled yoginis that leave no stone unturned. Their kindness, generosity, energy and expertise exceed any restorative experiences I have ever encountered. After this last retreat, I've decided to come here for weekend yoga classes with my husband and Kirtan chanting on Monday nights. This place and its people are absolute magic.

We love Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram and come here as often as possible to attend programs. It's a beautiful setting in the Foothills with the best Yoga and Meditation teachers we have found anywhere.....very family oriented and great for kids!
