They were easy to get in contact with, kept us informed how the claim was going and closed out the claim quickly. I would highly recommend Elephant Insurance

I was the victim of a hit and run. They are still looking for the driver, and my 2022 Camry took major damage. I was devastated. That being said, Elephant Insurance has a great policy, including under-insured motorist coverage, which is taking care of me. They paid out my claim, cut my deductible in half, and are paying for a rental car until my car is fixed. I'm very distrustful of insurance companies, but I have to say Elephant has really been there for me during this horrible situation. Thank you, Elephant!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ELEPHANT. Been with Elephant for years finally had to make a claim and they have been HORRIBLE to deal with. The claims department is a joke. They didn’t properly review the claim, website wouldn’t file the claim (tried for 3 hours) sent an email explaining and was told to file the claim online or call. We call only to get voicemail after voicemail which is standard for them. It’s insane. They made a decision we contested it and asked more questions, they didn’t know much about the incident just relied on the OTHER drivers account. Didn’t bother to check facts. Spoke to a supervisor only to be told too bad. I’d at least expect my insurance to be fair and make me feel confident in my representation. Beware. We are cancelling ASAP.

Aside from the laborious verification that I had to go through when I moved from Georgia to Virginia, and the extended wait time I was put through after submitting all of the photographs that they asked for, I can't say I had any complaints with elephant. They pretty much had the lowest rate of anybody that I had checked with at the time. I had been with Progressive and they had been "progressively" raising my rate and after jumping more than 30% in just a few months I decided it was time for change. I checked several other companies and when elephant gave me a rate of almost 50% less than what I had been paying it was really a no-brainer. I was paying $66 and change or almost the same exact coverage as I was with Progressive!
