I used to work for this company, and I loved it when I worked there. I’ve also had auto policies through them for years now. HOWEVER, since I’ve left, their account management has fallen off a cliff. I spoke with one of my old commercial clients who was the first to tell me the company had fallen off, and I didn’t believe it myself because things had been fine for me with my personal line of insurance I maintained with them. That was up until recently. Imagine getting a random phone call about your auto policy needing to be reinstated without ANY prior knowledge of your policy being cancelled in the first place. The FIRST phone call I received from the company who I’m trusting to help manage my insurance policy is a phone call letting me know my policy has already been cancelled, and there’s nothing I can do about it except purchase a new policy. Absolutely unacceptable and despicable. I could never trust Evertree with my business again if this is how they do business. I will no longer be recommending them to my friends and family as I have done for years.
