Elite Hospital Kingwood

I generally avoid emergency rooms unless absolutely necessary, but I recently visited this facility due to an issue with my ear. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. The environment was clean, quiet, and calm. I want to highlight the exceptional care I received from the staff. Randall demonstrated immaculate customer service; he was friendly, communicative, and very prompt. Corey was also welcoming and friendly as well. Had a great personality. Finally, Dr. Young provided the reassurance I needed along with helpful information to resolve my ear issue. In a time when great service can be rare, this team exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the excellent care.

First I want to say kudos to the ER staff!.. we have been there twice because of my wife and my son. And both times we have been treated professionally and treated with respect. And is convenient and easy to get there. We will not change the place for any emergency situation. Thank you for the service and thank you for what you do.

Best experience ever, emergency or not. I wish I had a PCP as assuring and competent as Dr Hummel. Both RN's, Nelly and Jared showed great patience and professionalism, as did lab techs CiCi and Crystal. Admin by Anjel and Missy was the easiest ever.
