I love ETS it’s the best facility I’ve personally trained at in the Windsor area. Coach Kam is the best trainer I’ve also ever had he knows exactly what you should be training for your specific sport. Everything is very organized. ETS is also a great environment and everyone supports and pushes each other. Coach Kam is always there to help you and will give you great one on one time if you show you’re a serious and hard worker.

ETS is the best athletic training gym in Windsor-Essex County. I have been here for 3 years and I have seen an amazing change w my body and even better improvement in my athletic development. There is never a dull moment in this gym. Kam and the rest of the ETS team are amazing. Love this place so much!!!!!
