If I was just basing this off of the clinic or all of the ER nursing staff I would totally give a five star. My family and I seem to have caught everything under the sun this season. Clinic staff and doctors are amazing. We have been to the ER during the day and everything was amazing. But at night myself, my husband and my MIL have been there and the nursing staff has been wonderful. The doctor on the other hand is rude and has zero bedside manner. I can in with my leg feeling like it was on fire to them doing a strep test (which I did have) to them saying it’s just a strep rash. I was in a lot of pain and asked for pain meds. I guess my need didn’t matter because I never got pain meds. The next day I was back in the ER. Pain was unbearable and I went to Great Bend and they said it’s cellulitis and that yes it’s very painful. Say the least I got pain meds and followed up with my primary doctor and ended up with wound care and IV antibiotics. My MIL said she wasn’t nice and treated her like she was a problem there. My husband is the type to wait out a sickness till he is absolutely miserable. Well he went in and when he told her he hasn’t felt good for a couple of weeks she decided to tell him if he waited this long he could have waited and seen his primary instead of going to the ER. Now we all know the ER is supposed to be for an Emergency but his Emergency was I need relief I am at the point of not sleeping and was miserable. That was his Emergency. I was also in there on the weekend one day and had the same doctor. Now I not one for having things shoved up my nose and have major anxiety over it. I said I didn’t want the flu test done and she came in and told me what did I expect them to do if I don’t want this test. I was already sure I had strep and of course I came positive for it. They also gave me a breathing treatment that helped a lot. I will not be back for ER care as long as she is there. It’s sad because she really ruins it for the other staff. I hope she is nicer to them.

Not very happy with this hospital. They are very unprofessional when it comes down to your needs. I end up having to call them about things even though it's their job to call you and tell you information. But you either call them or you don't get called it should be the other way around. They used to call but not anymore very mediocre very unprofessional services. I intend on finding a hospital and clinic that cares about there patients. I wouldn't recommend this hospital or clinic to anyone.
