Hello. Today I took my mother in law to this Urgent Care in Sauganash. Normally I go to Lincoln Village but they called after I made an appointment and they were nice enough to let me know that they don’t have X-ray machine if we were interested of getting imaging done today. Of course I canceled and make an appointment at Sauganash. Honestly, I’m impressed with their care and kindness. The nurse was super helpful and patient. The doctor, was awesome, very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and caring. Thank you Doctor Brigham Temple, MD. Additionally he cleaned her ears since they had too much wax. Thanks again

I always choose this immediate care location, Sauganash. I get good service, friendliness, w/ good doctors who communicate well, are bright and helpful- I get better no ,2nd appts! FWIW, My wife has same opinion. Not sure why the ratings are not higher. Maybe, like myself, I forget or skip the reviewing. Thank you to the staff.
