Recently moved all my banking from TD to this credit union. Was very happy with the easy process it was to get my account ready online. I made my way into the branch today to up my limit on the ATM and pull out cash. I was made to feel very awkward and questioned about being "who I was" when I was able to show 5 pieces on ID, told her my latest purchases, private info ect. When I told her I'm feeling interrogated she rudly says " well I've just not seen you before". She also made a comment asking why I need this much cash and if it's for rent" - I'm morgage free actually and felt quiet insulted with her accusations. Very unhappy with this encounter and will be going to armstrong to deal with them from now on.

Branch is great and employees are nice but the hours and days they are open are pretty hard to get into the branch if you work as no more Saturdays and don’t open till 9:30am

Had a call from someone from this branch. Talked so fast hard to make out the words. Hard to make out the name of the staff person. hard to make out the phone # to call back. I finally figure it out, she's given a long distance # to call back. So, I do, I follow the prompts and canned message says 5 min. wait or if I leave a call back #, they will call back. That was an hour ago and still no call back. I am not impressed!!

Worst bank, ruined my repour with other banks, I had to go to TD Canada Trust Bank and go through their head office to undo what The Enderby Credit Union reported to the burrow on my profile, which was incorrect. When I spoke with many customer service representatives and even the bank manager at Enderby Credit Union. They bacially said oh well they can't do anything... I highly recommended to choose another bank for your finances if you would like to be treated as a loyal customer
